Starts the quest line Compendium of the Fallen, which any Horde (except for Undead) can get at level 28. If you have the items from the end of a dungeon run of Uldaman, he finishes this version of The Platinum Discs and continues the quest line with this version of The Platinum Discs. Proving that you come back to him after you finish the previous quest, he starts another called The Portents of Uldum, and he finishes the quest line with A Future Task, which offers some rare (blue) boots for those who can wear mail or plate. If not, the sell price for either is over 1 gold, so clothies or those that can only wear leather have some compensation. For those of you that are clueless as to where he is (although from seeing the map on this page you probably know anyways), he's on the first level of Thunder Bluff after you exit the western elevator, and he's in the fourth building on the left. Note, his name is Sage Truthseeker because in most of his quests/quest lines he seeks the truth, usually making you seek said truth for him. Seems like a fitting name, eh?
