создается оффхенд, который при использовании превращает в волка, цвет которого выбирается видимо рандомно.
Как должно быть
создается оффхенд и рандомно определяется какой из 4 цветов в нем будет заложен всегда.

в комментариях нашел вот такое сообщение
Wowhead currently lists five separate items that can be crafted using the Inscription recipe Rituals of the New Moon, which appears to randomly return one of:
- Rituals of the New Moon (item 45850) - "giant RED wolf"
- Rituals of the New Moon (item 45851) - "giant WHITE wolf"
- Rituals of the New Moon (item 45852) - "giant GREY wolf"
- Rituals of the New Moon (item 45853) - "giant BLACK wolf"
- Rituals of the New Moon (item 45854) - "giant wolf" (unobtainable?)
However, it's unclear whether the fifth "uncolored" variety Rituals of the New Moon (item 45854) is available in game. I've crafted several dozen of the recipe and never seen the uncolored variety, which makes me think it's either very rare or is a "dummy" item used to implement the colored varieties and that the uncolored variety is not really obtainable. HOWEVER, the uncolored variety DOES appear in the Beta toy box as of build 6.0.1-18482 (alongside the four colored varieties), so either that's a mistake or this really is obtainable.
Can anyone confirm they have obtained the "uncolored" Rituals of the New Moon (item 45854)? Preferably include a screenshot...
