Take the boat east and go to Zorbin Fandazzle to pick up Zapped Giants and Fuel for the Zapping.

 

Head south along the shore and kill the Sea Spray and Sea Elemental until you get 10 Water Elemental Core - also, zap any Deep Striders and Wave Striders that get in your way with Zorbin's Ultra-Shrinker and start collecting Miniturization Residue (You don't have to finish collecting 15 of these yet), then return to Zorbin and turn in Fuel for the Zapping.
